KING's Recognised as a Finalist in the 2024 Taoyuan Golden Award, Showcasing ESG Excellence

On 20th December 2024, the Taoyuan City Government held the "2024 Taoyuan Golden Award" ceremony, publicly recognising 25 enterprises for their outstanding performance in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). KING's Solution distinguished itself with its efforts in green manufacturing transformation and fostering diverse and equal talent development, earning a place in the top five finalists for the "Corporate Female Leadership" category. This achievement highlights its strength and potential in driving sustainable development.

Deepening ESG, Shaping a Sustainable Future

The "Taoyuan Golden Award" is hailed as the Oscars of Taoyuan's business sector and is the first county-level award in Taiwan centred on ESG principles. It encompasses five major categories: ESG Environmental Sustainability, ESG Employee Wellbeing, ESG Corporate Governance, Corporate Branding, and Corporate Female Leadership. This year, the award attracted 121 enterprises from various industries, including manufacturing, technology, and services, submitting 170 proposals—a record high. The programme was executed by "Global Views Magazine," which organised the jury panel and established the evaluation process. Over three months, entries underwent rigorous initial screening, review, on-site visits, and final assessments, thoroughly evaluating the participants' contributions and innovations in sustainable development.

KING's Solution upholds its brand philosophy, "Green Solution, Machine Soulmate," combining 43 years of technical expertise to focus on environmentally friendly plastic injection machinery and low-carbon manufacturing processes. Sheila Su, Executive Director of KING's, has dedicated 25 years to leading the company's second generation in promoting green transformation. She has spearheaded the development of low-pressure injection moulding solutions and prioritised fostering a diverse and equal workforce, exemplifying female leadership and a vision for sustainability.
